Congratulations Softball Team and Cheyanne
Congratulations to the Lady Bears softball team on their 5-0 12th District Tournament victory over Whitesville Trinity last night. Cheyanne Gaskey pitched a perfect game to seal the victory. They will play for the district championship tomorrow night, May 25th at 6:00 p.m.
Congratulations Rocket Team!
Congratulations to both of our Rocket Teams who competed at the Team America Rocketry Challenge (TARC) national championships in The Plains, Virginia last weekend.
Team 1 - Left to Right: Hollie Coleman, Austin VonAxelson, Alonna Ballinger, Rachel Rose, Kayla Spurgeon and Sierra Fields. They finished in 14th place nationally.
Team 2 - Left to Right: Brandy Day Sammy Hanson, Chance Glass, Samantha Camus, Caleb Koostra, Chase McCoy, Tristan Elmore, Josh Vincent and Taylor Cardwell.They finished in 21st place. There were 605 teams registered with the top 100 advancing to the nationals this last weekend. Our students represented both our school and their selves well. Congratulations on a great job!

Congratulations to Madison Embry for winning an all-expenses paid trip to Washington, DC this summer sponsored by the Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation. Madison will be representing WRECC and BCHS.
WKU ETS High Q Team
The preparation and dedication of our students paid off in this weekend’s regional competitions in Atlanta. The WKU ETS High Q Team represented Kentucky in regional competition against teams from Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina, bringing home 1st Place Gold Medals! We are very proud of these students and know that you are, too.
